3 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS with our expert trainers. Initially you are thoroughly assessed to ascertain your current state of health. On your second session we run through your programme and diet sheets (if applicable). On your third session we either run through your exercise and diet programmes to ensure that you are performing them correctly or you can just relax with a massage!

Sometimes it is easier and quicker to workout at home. This is particularly true if you are having Personal Training sessions and are following a structured programme. The convenience of simply working out when the children are asleep, before or after work with no added travelling time to and from the gym, is ideal for people with hectic lifestyles.
With this in mind and with over 10 years experience we have selected a few ‘must-have’ pieces of equipment we feel provide you with a total workout. Obviously we appreciate that you could go for a walk to get your cardio exercise but for those times when you are unable to leave the house, we have included the trampette!
